Thank you for filling out the application below and your interest in joining our fun and hardworking team. We are always looking for good people, and hire based on attitude since we believe our processes are trainable. We conduct a Stage Interview for all new candidates. This is a working interview, normally scheduled from 10:00 am – until 1 depending on how busy we are. •You must wear close-toed shoes, denim or khaki pants or shorts, and hair pulled back. We provide an apron to wear over your shirt during the shift. •During your interview, we evaluated you based on communication, teamwork, attitude, and work ethic. •You will primarily run food, wash dishes, and bust tables. If you can manage these tasks, there will be additional prep jobs for you. •Please be familiar with our bistro menu before your interview. •Heavy lifting and a high level of manual labor are required. ~No payment will be given for this “working interview."
